Reliable plumbing is a solid family owners plumbing service who is dependable and knowledgeable. Our back flow pump began to leak after the freeze. We provided photos of the pump before the appointment which allowed Reliable plumbing the ability to bring the correct replacement pump. They welcomed this information which allowed them be efficient as oppose to takin time away from the visit to go purchase the part. Ron Fairchild was able to explain why the leak occurred and why replacement was necessary. Weeks later we had a clogged kitchen sink and dishwasher that would not empty its excess water. He was able to diagnose the problem and clear out the blockage. We appreciate the professional services and highly recommend in Baton Rouge, LA.

We used Reliable Plumbing to replace our water heater in our new home. The technicians were very informative and respectful, and they got the job done quickly. They got the new water heater up to code and repaired some unrelated minor leaks while they were here. I live in a very old house and evidently the drainage to my AC eroded over time causing a water leak. To fully repair the drain the bathtub in my guest bathroom had to be removed. Reliable did a great job in prepping for this job and repair the drainage pipe. They also installed a new tub/shower combo which helped me in my quest to update my bathroom. They were very professional and as their name states..reliable.

I try to do most everything that needs done around the house myself. I dread calling in a company and people that I don't know anything about. But, I am getting old and must admit limitations. I took a chance on Reliable Plumbing. The fellow they sent was named Jacob Henderson.....and we couldn't have hit it off better. The job required 2 service calls and I asked for them to send Jacob for sure the second time out. This guy works hard....and I know what really hard work is. It hit my wallet hard and yes, I wish it had been a little less expensive. But, all work like this is expensive...so, if I need Plumbing services in the future, I will call Reliable Plumbing to do the work. I hit it lucky to have gotten a trustworthy company and a very dependable and honest worker. I admit that I am a stickler. Even a pain to work for. It was very nice to have someone who I now consider a friend.
