Rapid Rotter has been my go-to plumber since 2016. I own several rental properties, and having a dependable plumber has been essential to keeping my business running smoothly. Jenny in the office was very kind and helpful. She was willing to work with me regarding payment and was quick to get someone out here. She was concerned with what concerned me. Fred was very professional and he got the job done quick. He gave me tips to keep my problem from happening again and explained everything he was doing. His attitude was great. Paul and his team responded quickly in an emergency situation I had with a Hoarding client of mine. The client had not had a bath in years since the plumbing was backing up in the tub and her broken hot water heater was from the 1960's. This was a very sensitive situation with a terminally ill client in her hoarded home, yet Paul was kind, professional, and efficient. It breaks my heart that this client passed away in Hospice before she was able to return home to running hot water and a bath after 11 years of doing without.
