Exceptionally professional, effective and efficient. They do a great job explaining where you stand with your plumbing situation and why the work they did was needed. During both occasions they arrived early which was a first for me and overall they were really great. On the phone they are professional and friendly, getting back to me rather quickly when I had left a voicemail during my initial call.

Dominic was awesome! He showed up on time, fixed our toilet and the washing machine drain quickly, and was super easy to talk to. He knew exactly what he was doing and didn’t waste any time. Everything’s working perfectly now—definitely recommend him if you need a solid plumber!

My company used them for a repair and they never showed. I called them multiple times and got no answer and no call back. When I finally did get a hold of them, they offered no explanation or apology. If you're looking for professionalism, this isn't the place to go. Edit/Update to response from owner: I do in fact work for the company, I have for 4 years. I was not referring to the incident mentioned in your response or work performed. I was referring to my own experience a few weeks ago with a plumbing issue at one of my trailers where a contractor was scheduled and did not arrive. I ended up using someone else because I could not get a hold of the office. And lastly- no where in my review did it mention where I worked so if this is the first time you're hearing my name.. how do you know where I work? Perhaps Rapid Rooter should first do their research before randomly assuming peoples reviews are fake. Once again- if you're looking for professionalism- look elsewhere.
