I called this company to just come check out our boiler system as we had a carbon monoxide detection. They were friendly on the phone and made me and appointment for next day, which worked fine for me. Justin ended up calling me a little while later saying he could actually come same day. He came by and checked everything out and was very thorough while explaining options and was able to help me picture the problems within our existing system (which was all very complicated to me). We came up with a plan and decided to replace our existing boiler (that was 20 yrs old) and water heater to mitigate carbon monoxide risk in our new to is home. We ended up deciding on a boiler system that also heats our water heater which allowed for us to have all systems in one room in our basement. Justin got us a quote we agreed to a quote and scheduled the work. These guys showed up on time and they worked the whole way through, answered my question and addressed all concerns. They ended up constructing a beautiful system and absolutely went above and beyond to make the system efficient. They didn't walk into a simple job and our home is definitely not cookie cutter. They never complained or seemed bothered. I feel confident in the work they did and trust them completely! I will use Platinum for all my plumbing needs and I highly recommend them. Not just for the excellent work they did but the professionalism and the passion they have to do the very best job! What is usually a dreadful home improvement, was seamless and smooth! Thank you!

Justin and Jason did an excellent job and were so very kind and thoughtful!!! Their installation was very professional. They are very competent at their work. When the project was finished, they cleaned up after themselves. Operational checks were performed on the boiler and hot water heater and everything worked! Highly recommend them for any projects in their area of expertise. We will definitely hire them again!

Had to have an outdoor faucet replaced.Platinum replaced the faucet several weeks ago but it started leaking again. Platinum honored their guarantee, sent someone out and rebuilt the faucet. That started leaking that afternoon. They came out a third time and put in a better faucet. No problems so far. I appreciate them standing by their work and guarantee. It all turned out good.
