Josh and his fellow coworker were very knowledgeable of what they were doing. Came in, completed diagnosis, and solved my electrical problem. The guys were courteous, professional and respectful. I requested an emergency water heater service for a leaking supply line. My wait time from the initial call to the time RA Biel Tech arrived wasn't Very long. Service Tech Keegan Johnson was very polite and knowledgeable. The repair work done was excellent and finished within the hour from his arrival.

Came out to look at my A/C unit. Offered $15,000 replacement of the outside unit and the furnace (which works) and did nothing to check electrical continuity of the compressor or the refrigerant because "it's R-22 and it can only be had on the black market." Been there. And that isn't where I'd go for freon. You can get it on Amazon. Had M&R come out and they fixed some fried wiring on top of checking refrigerant and electrical with the compressor (both were ok). Works fine now and cost about $250. Not $15k. Total rip off. Considering they did absolutely nothing for $160, I'd consider a lawsuit if it weren't for the fact the filing fee is pretty close to the same amount. Highly unrecommended.

The first call seemed to go great. We had someone here same day - Randall was great. Asked 4 separate people about soft water, and Josh made it seem like I was bothering them. They finished the first small job, but I’d never hire them again. Thanks, Josh

Terrible service. After spending an hour talking to the secretary and giving all the details including that the unit was using r22 freon still they send a technician out who could not service the unit with r22 freon. For whatever reason the same technician was messing with the faucet and now it leaks outside why he had anything to do with faucets when he was there for a HVAC system on the roof I have no idea what was the fact that I was told he was going to be there an hour early waited and received no phone calls that he was there until almost an hour and a half later leaving me with no choice but to have to leave and continue on with my other scheduled work. Dispatcher was rude secretary was seemingly on point but had to repeat the same things to the dispatcher and neither one told the technician that it would be an r22 unit. I do not recommend this company
