I found Rainwater to be this super cool company that’s fast and professional! The staff are knowledgeable, and I spoke to the owner, who is a doctor. He explained what needed to be done to fix my problem and ensured I understood exactly what was going to be done and how much it would cost. He kept to the timeline and price. Afterwards, I found out they work for Walmart and Safeway every day. I guess who cares, but they we’re able to fix my little problem without any hassle. Thank you Rainwater. No more leak!

They got someone out right away when i called, which we appreciated very much, as we didn't have a running washer. Owner did not mention there was a charge for bringing someone out on a Sunday and when spoke to the owner to tell him our frustration, he became very aggressive and disrespectful and hung up. When asked for an invoice in detail on what was charged, the "fee" for a weekend day charge was not on my invoice. A heads up on that fee would have changed everything. I understand maybe it slipped his mind because he was wanting to gain our business. But the disrespect was not okay. All we wanted was to meet somewhere in the middle. Although we didn't have a pleasant experience, we will your business a lot of success! :)

Toilet was broken and serviced my water heater. Paul from Rainwater was great! Very friendly and professional. Explained everything that he was doing , left zero mess and fixed the issue! Would highly recommend for any of household plumbing issues .

Very great first-time experience with this company! Walter called back on a Saturday evening just an hour after requesting warranty service for our water heater via Bradford White website. Based on photos he explained the possible repair/replacement scenarios and made an appointment for his team to come on the following Monday morning. The technician who arrived was very professional and knowledgeable. They got the job for a reasonable price and in timely fashion. The company is excellent with communication and customer care. Would highly recommend!

These guys crushed it coming in middle of budget and on time. Showed up 7am exactly as on our schedule and finished with expert installation 65 feet of natural gas with a beautiful finished product.
