Damon showed up exactly when he said he would, didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, and actually explained what was wrong in plain English. He fixed my leaky kitchen sink in under an hour and even cleaned up the mess before leaving. Felt more like a neighbor helping me out than a ‘service call.’ Highly recommend if you want someone who’s straightforward, fair, and actually cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend!!

Had an emergency over the weekend when a water line busted in my yard just before it comes into the house. Called Raines because they were close and spoke with a tech in less that 5min. Ended up talking me through some options to get me through till Monday which saved me the weekend emergency rate, and was on schedule for Monday morning. He arrived and got the repair done and it wasn’t an arm and leg to get paid.

This company was the best we have ever had address our issues. On time , professional, explained process as they went along and told us price before the job was completed. Very fair and great value. Thank you Jeff and your partner you guys both did great appreciate you so much .
