He took the time to thoroughly inspect the entire system, explaining everything clearly along the way and making sure I fully understood what needed attention. He also shared helpful best practices for maintaining my system, which I really appreciated. His attention to detail and professionalism were second to none. 1st Choice is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the service was beyond exceptional. Chelsea, the dispatcher, kept me updated and informed on when the tech was arriving and reminded me of my scheduled appointment, which I really appreciated. And Prince-Auther, the technician—WOW! He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything in such detail that I felt like I could pass a certification exam by the end of the visit. This was hands-down the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be using 1st Choice again and will recommend them to everyone I know. Outstanding service all around!

I was able to schedule some day in mid August which was great. Coby was super polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything and told me what needed to be done now vs can wait. He also showed me how to maintain my system so it would run better. He explained their service plan, but wasn’t pushy. Overall great experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for 1st Choice Plumbing This morning our AC stopped heating, and with the summer heat already in full swing, I started calling around for help. I initially spoke with Thomas, but our call got cut short and I forgot to call him back as I continued reaching out to other companies. Thankfully, Thomas followed up with me—and I’m so glad he did! Despite it being a busy summer day, Thomas was able to get a service technician out to us within just a few hours. While most places were booking days out, 1st Choice Plumbing responded quickly and efficiently. They kept me updated on the technician’s arrival, and true to the update, he arrived promptly. Carmelo, the technician, was fantastic! He was professional, courteous, and got the repair done in less than an hour. Without even being asked, he wore house booties to protect our floors—a small but appreciated touch. During payment, they even offered a military discount, which we truly appreciated. We were extremely impressed with the level of service and professionalism from start to finish. We will absolutely be using 1st Choice Plumbing for any future needs. Highly recommend!

UPDATED REVIEW 7/28/25: I want to update my previous review to reflect the follow-up I received from 1st Choice. After sharing concerns about our experience, I was contacted directly with a sincere apology and was issued a full refund. I truly appreciate the effort they made to make things right. While our initial experience did not go as expected, their response showed accountability and a willingness to improve. That level of professionalism is worth recognizing. ORIGINAL REVIEW 7/25/25: Unfortunately, our experience with 1st Choice Air Solutions was extremely disappointing and far from what we expected. We scheduled service with a clear explanation of the urgency of the issue—we have children and dogs in the home, and it was crucial that the problem be resolved promptly. We were assured they could handle it. However, the technician who arrived admitted after some time inspecting our unit that he was neither equipped nor experienced enough to complete the work. He spent much of the visit on the phone with his manager and, after over an hour with no progress, informed us that we would still be charged for the visit. To make matters worse, we were told they would follow up that same day to help move things forward. Instead, we were met with silence and only heard later that they “couldn’t reach us,” which was simply not true. No resolution was provided, the job was left incomplete, and our time was wasted. When we asked for a refund and to be removed from their membership program, we were told someone would contact us at a later date to discuss—but we have yet to receive that follow-up. We rarely leave reviews, but this experience left us so frustrated that we felt it necessary to share. It’s been one of the worst service experiences we’ve encountered, and we hope others take this into consideration before doing business with them.
