He quickly checked out the issue and explained my repair options in simple terms. Everett was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently to get my shower fixed up right away. I want to highlight the great service we received from this plumber, Leo. After two other plumbers couldn’t solve our plumbing issue at our business, Leo came out late on a Friday and didn’t give up. He even returned on Saturday, spent all day Monday, and part of Tuesday working on our stubborn drains and toilets. The sinks were backing up and nothing seemed to fix it, but Leo kept searching until he found the source of the problem. Throughout the whole process, he explained what he was doing and kept a positive attitude. Thanks to his hard work, everything is working perfectly now! Quick Commercial Plumbing came out to El Paso to repair a broken pipe after another company didn’t get the job done right. Leo was very quick, professional, and their prices were fair. The leak was fixed in no time. Since then, I’ve had them handle two more plumbing problems, and each time they did a fantastic job. I had a great experience with the plumbers who came to install my high efficiency dual flush toilet. The first plumber I called took a look and told me my toilet wasn’t standard and said it wouldn’t fit. But then I contacted another plumbing company and explained that another plumber said my toilet was unusual and hard to install. I was really hoping they could handle it. Everett arrived and said, 'No problem.' He mentioned he’d installed lots of these toilets before. There were a few challenges, like the water valve not being in the right position for this toilet, but Everett handled everything. He shut off the water, cut and adjusted the pipe, and made it fit perfectly. Since the toilet is a one-piece model, it was pretty heavy and needed holes drilled into my tile floor to secure it, but again, Everett just took care of it without any complaints. The whole team had a positive, 'can do' attitude and made sure everything was done right. I’m really happy with the service and how professional they were.

During a busy holiday week, he still made time to answer our call when our cat got stuck behind the water heater. Leo quickly disconnected and reconnected the water heater, going above and beyond to help us get our cat back safely.
