Quality Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric

To use this company, make sure you don’t live in North Tulsa, have a house that’s over 65 years old and not in the best condition, or if you’re from a certain background!! The level of incompetence and lack of knowledge and service to ALL people is horrid!! I t’s been 2weeks and the “brand new” unit is still NOT installed properly and the heater doesn’t work!! I was told by Aspen (the smart mouth) who answers the phone, “well, at least the AC is working”!! A job that should’ve taken only one day or less, has been extended to two weeks or more because NOONE will come out and fix the unit!! This is how they started, trying to “frankenstein” parts of my old unit, which was 22 years old, with the “new” one!!! Below are just a few pics of the incompetence and disrespect and disregard for my house and my safety!! I have a couple of “sounding boards” that would like a full report of this injustice! This is only a few pics and a SMALL explanation of what I have gone through with this “company”!!

Amy Great technician,explained every thing. Got the repair done and checked other components of our air conditioner to make sure all was good. Very personable and patient with our three dogs who decided they needed to help her.

Josh and Larry installed our new HVAC and Furnace unit s. Both very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. They answered all the questions I had at the time.

Colbie came out, communication was excellent. Same Day Service. Our home was at 90 degrees yesterday, he was thorough in his explanation, fixed the problem - house was starting to cool before he left. Appreciate his professionalism, urgency & understanding with no AC and small kids in the home. Recommend for any of the services they provide! Signed up for the yearly service they offer!
