Was so pleased with the results had a new bathroom sink and cabinet installed after he replaced my bathroom toilet. Got one thing done called back to do the other the next week. RUN. Save yourself the time, money, and stress. Proper Function Plumbing is hands down the worst contractor experience I’ve ever witnessed. My family signed a contract HE wrote, and he promised the job would be done in 5 days. It’s now been weeks, and the bathroom is still incomplete and completely unusable. The work? Crooked tiles, sloppy grout, exposed plumbing, and no proper backing behind the walls. The space was left a mess. We even had to get a hotel because we couldn’t use our own bathroom. Instead of making it right, he got aggressive, demanded more money, and then WALKED OFF the job. He even texted saying he hopes we have to rip it all out. What kind of professional says that to a client? If you’re reading this, please take this as your warning there are too many trustworthy contractors out there. This is not one of them. Avoid Proper Function Plumbing at all costs.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Proper Function Plumbing completely messed up my family’s bathroom. My dad paid this guy $4,000 up front and trusted him to do the job he promised in 5 days. It’s been over 3 weeks and the bathroom still isn’t finished. There are crooked tiles, holes in the wall, and exposed plumbing. We couldn’t even use the bathroom and had to stay in a hotel. Instead of fixing it, the guy got mad, asked for more money, and then walked off the job. He even started texting us aggressive stuff and said he hoped we’d have to rip everything out. What kind of professional says that? He was rude, sloppy, and didn’t care that we were left without a working bathroom. He doesn’t deserve anyone’s business.

As a licensed contractor for 13 plus years should know how to speak to their customers and not walking out on a job … if felt underpaid should’ve spoken up about it but 3 weeks on a job for a bathroom then to leave people home like that is super unprofessional and bad for your business! I wouldn’t recommend whoever owns / runs this company
