After moving into my new home, I found out there was barely any water pressure in the bathtub and a slow leak behind the toilet. There was also an old water conditioner that didn’t work and needed to be taken out and capped. I called a plumber who came highly recommended by the folks who put in my gas pipes for central heating and air. My house is pretty old and the water here is extremely hard with lots of mineral buildup. Brandon and his team could have easily said the pipes needed replacing because of the age and hard water, but they were honest and showed real skill. They saved me a lot of money by fixing the real issues instead of replacing everything. They showed up early and got straight to work. The team took out the water conditioner and set things up so it’ll be cheaper if I want to put in a new one later. For the bathtub, they took apart the faucet, cleaned out the pipe, and removed all the calcium and lime from the tiny parts. The leak behind the toilet was an easy fix and they already had the right parts. I’m really impressed with how professional and quick they were! Now, the water pressure in my bathroom is fantastic and my water bill is finally normal. I wouldn’t think of using any other plumber!

What impressed me most was how quickly he installed my kitchen faucet—even though I already had the faucet, Grant finished the job in just 30 minutes. The price was $472 for the faucet installation and a $75 service charge, but with the fast and expert work, it felt like money well spent. I’m happy with the service and would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.
