HELP Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Drains

My experience with HELP was excellent, I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone who asked me. They were actually referred to us by a friend for this very reason, they had used them recently and had a great experience. I called them at 1 pm and they had a tech out by 4 pm. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. They called me to let me know the technician was on his way so I could be on the lookout for him. Brandon arrived, was very professional and friendly and asked what the issues were. He assessed things quickly, ran through some possible solutions and then found the easiest and quickest that he could accomplish right there at low cost. He got everything working again and we are truly appreciative for what he accomplished.

We had the best experience with the help team installing our air conditioning and heating unit! These men, Tyler, Austin & Noah we can honestly say were one of the best if not, THE BEST TEAMS we have ever had do any work for us in the 45 years we have been homeowners. These young men were absolutely awesome!! They represent this company very well and take care of the customer spot on! We are so very grateful that this team was selected to do the job at our house! We don’t want to forget another member of the team Bob who came out to bring a part in a timely manner so they could continue to work on both units as efficiently as possible. Thank you gentlemen for a job well done!! We appreciate all of your hard work and extra touch you gave to our family on this installation!!!

Nick, Nick, and a few others did an outstanding job replacing the old cast iron pipes in my home with new PVC, and even added a new connection for an additional bathroom—all in just two days! They were incredibly professional, kind, and efficient throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, worked quickly without cutting corners, and were extremely mindful when making any necessary cuts or drywall removals—keeping them as minimal and precise as possible. They also made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I truly appreciated their workmanship and professionalism. Highly recommend!

This is my 3rd service encounter using the Help Team! I met Josh Hiner and requested him as other plumbing issues arose. He addressed plumbing pipes, installed a new sump pump battery back up system , along with installing a new hot water heater for us. He is a fine , professional representation of your company! Just a fine young man. He is prompt, professional and I trust him completely and your company Kuddos to Josh! Don’t hesitate giving Help! I am extremely pleased with the excellent service I received . The job was completed with very little disruption . I needed help with the technical part, and I felt comfortable in seeking help. The technician was so helpful and I didn't feel intimidated by not knowing how to connect the app to my cell phone. As a senior who is not AI ready, it is nice to get a human touch to a simple problem.
