I can definitely recommend Premier Plumbing! I have used them a few times for installation and repair. They are very friendly, professional and reliable. Reasonably priced and Great communication...they even sent me an email with an ETA when the technician was on the way! David was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient I would definitely call and ask for him next time. 5 stars!

I had a great experience with Premiere Plumbing when they came out to inspect the sewer line for a business property I’m looking to buy. They showed up right on time and even texted me beforehand with the technician’s name, which I appreciated. The tech was super thorough, took his time to explain everything clearly, and even showed me photos of the issues he found — it felt really transparent and trustworthy. Overall, the service was excellent, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. I’d definitely recommend Premiere Plumbing to anyone needing reliable and honest plumbing work!

I called Premier plumbing to help fix my shower faucet that another company botched. They replaced the cartridge and the trim kits due to the set screw being broken and striped for two faucets. David and Zach went above and beyond for me. They even tighten up the toilet seat and cleared a slow drain. I’m so grateful to them. I would hired them in a heartbeat. Such neat and responsible work done by Doug and Emanuel. Doug took time to explain where they were at in the job and at what point we would be without water for a couple of hours. Doug was a great teacher to Emanuel, and great at teaching Emanuel how to do things to his standard. Emanuel had less years of experience, but a valuable assistant. Not only was I impressed by their plumbing job, but a licensed inspector and a separate insurance agent asked me who I had used because the plumbers work was so neat and organized. We had our entire house repiped with new ApexA pipes and they cut out all the old polybutylene pipes in the attic and underneath sinks. I had three separate quotes from various plumbers and Premier’s quite was significantly less then the highest quote and Premier Plumbing even has a subcontractor close up the drywall and patch, so all we had to do was sand and paint. Eddie, the estimator for the job, explained the differences in Pex piping and assured me he would do a walk through at the completion before ever wanting a check for the work. He would expect nothing less then if it were his house. I tell everyone I know that they should use Premier Plumbing for all their plumbing needs.

I can’t say enough good things about Premier Plumbing. I reached out this morning and spoke with Corey, he didn’t waste any time and immediately got me in touch with Cindy, who was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to get everything taken care of and had someone out to us the same day. The communication was incredible. They kept me updated through texts, and Langdon, the technician, even called when he was about 20 minutes away. When he got here, he was professional, super friendly, and explained everything to us in detail. He took the time to walk us through how our hot water heater works and even reminded us to call next year to get it flushed. He cleaned up everything when he was done and truly made us feel comfortable and cared for. When your hot water goes out especially with a family at home it can feel overwhelming, but they made everything smooth and stress-free. It’s rare these days to find a company that truly cares and follows through like this. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do and genuinely values their customers. I’m so grateful for the entire team. Thank you for going above and beyond and getting us back up and running so quickly. I’ll definitely be recommending Premier Plumbing to friends and family. They’ve earned a customer for life.
