Precision Plus Plumbing

This was my first time using this plumbing company. Derrick checked all of the plumbing areas that could potentially be a problem. My previous plumbing company didn’t look at any issues other than what I was calling about. During the walkthrough everything was explained to me along with an explanation. I really appreciate the way this was all handled. Being proactive rather than reactive. Derrick was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Had the best experience with Precision Plus. The water supply line to my home was ruptured due to work the City of Philadelphia had performed on my street causing the water to my home to be shut off. Called Precision Plus and spoke with Derrick and explained the issue. He showed up the next day, assessed the area of the basement that would be impacted to begin the major work to install a new water supply line from the basement to the street. Precision Plus began working that same day on the work required in the basement. Once Precision Plus was granted the permits required to work outdoors the water supply line was installed in one day and they had the water turned on that same day. All the technicians were polite and kept the work area near as possible and cleaned up once the job was done. I will be using Precision Plus for all of my plumbing needs in the future. I highly recommend contacting Precision Plys for any plumbing needs.

Derrick and his son Chase came out on a Sunday evening and quickly resolved a clog affecting the entire house. Appreciated the professional and speedy service on a weekend, especially from the polite and friendly Chase. Thanks, guys!

Had a spigot installed so that I could easily water my garden. Called at 5:30 PM and received a call back in 15 mins. Stated that they could be by the next morning by 8:30 and they were there on time. They were attentive to my request and completed the job quickly and made sure I was satisfied. I am extremely grateful for their service. I will reaching out for my future plumbing needs.

I hate to do this but it's our only recourse as customers. They came and gave us as estimate for $1800. The next day another company came and gave an estimate for the exact same fix for $400. Please don't price gouge people!
