A pleasant experience from phone call to arrival to completion. (Receptionist was excellent.) My septic pump/grinder was failing. Rather than wait for it to die and not be able to use any water in my house, my husband and I decided to replace the pump. Replacement was not cheap, but I can say Precise Plumbing's price was fair (neither too expensive nor suspiciously cheap). For those who aren't aware, there is an additional fee for processing credit cards. If you can pay with cash/check, I highly recommend that! Rich's estimate on both time and cost were accurate. He did a much better job than the whoever installed the original pump (I suspect it was the grinder that came with the house... which was built in 1999). The new grinder is from a reputable company and was worth having it installed correctly the first time. I have dealt with Precise Plumbing twice and, should anything come up in the future, I will call on them again! Highly recommend!

Rich, owner of Precise Plumbing, is a fantastic plumber! He installed two 50 gallon water heaters in our house and his craftsmanship was excellent. He was also able to get my two gas lanterns on our front porch working. Other plumbers I met with concerning the lanterns told me they were shot and I just needed to bite the bullet and purchase two new lanterns at $709 each plus installation, which would have been well over $2,000 for the lanterns. Rich looked at them, assessed the problem, ordered the needed parts and got both lanterns up and functioning great for $325. Saved us a bunch of money on this project. Bottom line is, if you want a plumber that knows his trade better than others, hire Rich from Precise Plumbing. You will get quality work for a fair price!

Needed a few repairs that were part of a house inspection done and I was very impressed with the knowledge about plumbing codes and how quickly he did the repairs and even made sure to clean up well behind him. His pricing was also very reasonable and he went above and beyond to take care of all repairs, including trudging through hot attics several times. I highly recommend Precise Plumbing!!!

From the initial phone call with Jennifer to the replacement of water heater in the attic, I have found my go-to guys for plumbing needs. Jennifer was extremely professional and likeable on our phone call with scheduling. Rich came out on-time with a courtesy call with ETA. He presented himself as professional, knowledgeable, neat/clean apperance, troubleshoot the job and gave me options with a fair price. Due to water heater being in the attic with potential catastrophic outcome, he rearranged his schedule and was able to expedite installation of new water heater. Work went flawlessly and we are very pleased. Meticulously made sure no water leaked and respectful on keeping all surfaces dry and clean. Bravo Zulu!!
