Very professional, kind, and hard working! My main sewer line was clogged and the water was backing up in the toilets in the shower and overflowing onto the floors. I called them and the lady I spoke to was very nice and she scheduled someone to come out right away. She was also able to give me the price that way I knew what it would cost before they ever came out. They were here in less than 45 minutes right before they closed and worked hard to make sure my drain was cleared. They ran the hose through twice to make sure it was completely unclogged. Working great now! Will definitely recommend them and use again if I need them.

Broussard Mechanical first provided service in September 2019, while my husband and I were on vacation. Our pet sitter contacted us to let us know that our AC wasn't working and Broussard had someone at our house that day. Our unit was very old and we readily expected that it would need to be replaced. However, Broussard was able to get it working and it lasted the rest of the season. I contacted Broussard again this spring when we were ready to replace the unit. We approved the quote on April 2 and the unit was delivered and installed by April 8. The crew was professional and were in and out within three hours. They checked both the heat and AC to make sure it was working before they left. They also reached out to me this week to make sure everything was working and we were satisfied. Due to the crazy spring weather we've had, we've been able to use both the heat and AC for extended periods and everything is working great! They are now my go-to for HVAC and plumbing. I highly recommend.

Great customer service! I was very pleased with the job that Broussard did. Our air went out and we needed a new unit. I was afraid my family of 6 (including an infant, toddler and two other small children) would be stuck at home without air for a couple of days. Broussard moved very fast for us. They arrived when they said they would and had us back with air as fast as they could manage. The men were very professional. They were respectful towards me and my home. I really appreciated how patient they were with my curious onlookers with lots of questions. They were very aware of our situation with babies and kept noise and traffic to a minimum. It was refreshing to see them work with a sense of urgency. We have a front driveway gate that made their job very inconvenient but they were mindful to quickly shut it each time they passed through, even when carrying heavy items, as we have a dog and small children. As a mom, I really appreciated that awareness. I am happy with the detail and finished look of the new return air vents installed. Our air is back stronger than before. I reached out to Broussard for a quote to replace an electric tank water heater with a exterior tankless gas unit. They did an initial site visit, came back the day before to get precise installation measurements, and then got it all up and running in one day. Everyone was friendly and professional, the work was done right, and the price was very reasonable. From here on, these are my go-to guys for anything gas-related and any plumbing I can't do myself.

My unit it back working. Absolute excellent service and knowledge! The technician found a frayed wire that was shorting, keeping the compressor from coming on and tripping the breaker. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and Cody is learning from the best.
