My main sewer line was cracked and called Norfolk Plumbing for a last minute 2nd quote. They sent a team out the same day to provide an estimate then we're able to schedule a repair the following day. So glad I went with them because the first company I contacted gave me a 1-2 week turnaround for an appointment and gave me a higher quote. Fantastic service and will be my first call in the future

Dominic made 3 trips to my mom's house in the last couple weeks and helped fix issues in both of the bathrooms. He did a fantastic job. He was super knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. We were very pleased with this experience.

We’ve been using Norfolk Plumbing for a while now and they always do a great job. Our most recent visit was no exception. Katrina did an amazing job replacing an outdoor spigot. She had to break away all of the mortar surrounding our old spigot, which took her a while in the full sun and heat. Then, she quickly installed our new one, tested it out and was on her way. She did a fantastic job. We’ll definitely hire Norfolk Plumbing again.

I called on Monday and they came out on Tuesday. Fantastic service! Kevin and Jason were professional and personable, and they quickly connected my refrigerator to a new water line. After almost a year, I now have cold water and ice from my new fridge. Thank you so much!

Outstanding. The day I called for assistance they had availability immediately, and though I was unable to take them up on it they scheduled me for the next day. They were timely, communicative, and educational. They worked quickly to schedule the work we needed, provided multiple quotes depending on our needs and have been absolutely wonderful to work with so far.
