Horrible communication. They charged a service fee to come evaluate running a gas line to a gas range and we waited 2 weeks without any service or estimate provided. We called multiple times requesting the information and still didn’t receive a folllow up call anytime from the company. They were upset when we requested the service fee be refunded since they had failed to provide a service or cost associated with the service we were requesting and we couldn’t get scheduled to know we were on the schedule to get the work performed since we were needing the gas line so we could use our oven. My family and myself has used them several times and we never received this lack of communication or customer service. It’s very upsetting to try to get something so quoted, scheduled, and completed.

Water heater went out late in the afternoon. I called Potts and they worked us in and installed it the next afternoon. Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. Thank you!

Had Potts plumbing do over $600 installing 3 new faucets in our home about 3 weeks ago. A week after installation the pop-up drain stopper in one of the sinks stopped working properly. Definitely an installation problem. I called them and they balked about coming out to make repairs. The Rep I talked to even argued with me and kept mentioning a charge if they did come out. Long story short I made the repair and I am not even a plumber. Will never use them ever again.
