Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had a main line backup. Benjamin, came out and after sending his camera down the line found the backup was at the floor drain itself. He replaced the cap cleared the line. Benjamin was friendly seemed very knowledgeable. It was a Sunday so not cheap but I was able to finish my laundry that day.

Great communication before arrival. Prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional! We had a main line back-up in our basement. The technician took care of the issue and he carefully vacuumed the water that had leaked onto our basement floor, leaving everything better than how he found it (other businesses we have used in the past, left a mess for us to clean up)! We will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter again, if we have further plumbing needs!

After being in a slight panic, with water on my basement floor, the night before I was supposed to leave for a trip, I called Roto-Rooter and within 45 minutes they had a technician at my front door after 9 pm. The after-hours call fee was SUPER reasonable, the dispatcher and technician were both very kind. I was able to leave the next morning feeling confident I wasn’t going to come home to a mess.

Doug was very knowledgeable. He did an assessment, came up with a plan and executed it. He was kind and considerate. He kept us informed during the whole process! Will definitely be using them again! Doug was great! Thank you Roto -Rooter, you guys are the best!!

Benjamin rescued me at 10:00 pm on a Sunday with a great attitude and professional demeanor. He explained to me what was wrong with my pipes and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I’m so thankful for the 24/7 emergency option. Thank you!
