A-1 Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical

Needed immediate help when AC stopped blowing cool air this August. I called several options and A-1 was the quickest company to respond with the soonest availability. Ryan was kind, clear, and very efficient. He fixed a few different things with our outdoor unit and talked through possibilities of common future issues and how he would recommend approaching that decision. Very pleased and will use again.

I would give A1 a 5 star rating. From my first phone call to them to the completion of the project, A1 was spectacular. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and patient with ALL of my questions. The technicians were prompt, friendly and got the job done in a minimum amount of time. None of us looks forward to spending money on "things like this", but A1 took care of my air conditioner problem with minimum stress (and boy was I stressing). I highly recommend A1 and I plan to use them again.

Prompt response time for living 25 miles away from Topeka. Was told they would be out after current job gets complete and they arrived within the hour. The journeyman who arrived was friendly, very professional, and did a fantastic job completing task. Afterwards, clean up was great and left work site as clean or cleaner than when he arrived. Will definitely use A-1's services again.

We just had a new whole house AC unit installed to replace our old unit. Steve and his team were fantastic and got the job done very quickly. We went from discussing options on Monday to me deciding yesterday and agreeing to a quote and after that they had me all booked in this morning. They hauled off the junk and left us with a lovely working AC unit (and a super cool house). I forgot how wonderful it was to go from room to room and not go through fever chills of hot/col! Thank you A1. We were considering another outfit prior to reaching out and I just didn't feel good about it (looking at the other company, even with a carrot dangling). We've come to trust your service (whether, it's plumbing, electric or HVAC) and maybe someone else does it cheaper, maybe the same, but are they as good? We can't afford the gamble. Our AC went down this week. I got 2 bids and A1 was the lowest and they were able to install a new AC the next day! The estimator, Steve, was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend them.
