Kyle G. and the Plumbing Manager, Quentin, I believe, stopped by today to fix a sink drain that had started to run slowly (found to be roots) and flow back, and replace an old broken tee junction/cleanout. Quentin was helping Kyle learn since he had just started doing plumbing with Blue Dot. Both men were friendly, personable, and professional. They described what the costs would be before beginning work and later pointed out other potential opportunities for things that could be done in the future. The price was a bit more than I initially would have expected, but not as bad as I imagined it could be. But then again, they have the physical materials, tools, and training to do what's needed right then and there, which is part of the convenience you're paying for. Quentin offered some additional tips to help prevent further root incursions, which was nice. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work, and I'd consider contacting them again the next time I have an HVAC or plumbing issue.

Blue Dot has yet to disappoint! Danny Fish, Nick and Kyan were nothing short of amazing! These (3) electricians are professional, innovative and always offered me their time to explain EVERYTHING I asked. I truly feel valued as a customer and I will use Blue Dot services in the future!

Daniel was extremely helpful and explained all the options we had to fix our issues with our AC unit thoroughly. He was able to give us the best option and told us what we needed to look for in the future. Extremely great customer service. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with Mark Riley’s expertise in fixing my air conditioner. He went over and beyond what was expected. He did a great job! Considering I had called Blue Dot at 4:00 pm on a Friday, I was very surprised and happy that Blue Dot was able to take my call and get my air conditioner fixed. Tegan and his partner did an outstanding job. Courteous, hard working, answering any questions I had. Very professional, both had a great sense of humor! It was very hot but they worked right through it. He said if I had any questions or problems don’t hesitate to call him. He WILL be the first person I call. They are both outstanding associates, you should be damn lucky to have them! I’ve already had some of my neighbors come by and check it out. When they make a decision on a generator he will be who I recommend. Give them a big raise, they have earned it!!!
