Joe and Rod helped us with a washer valve replacement and a shower head valve replacement, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were not only incredibly knowledgeable but also took the time to explain each step of the process in a way that made us feel confident and informed. Their friendly and upbeat personalities truly brightened our day. We felt we were in great hands from start to finish and are very happy with the quality of service and value we received. The best plumber I have ever worked with. Not only are the people who work at this company passionate about their craft but they are all extremely respectful and nice people. They made the plumbing issue I experienced get resolved swiftly and efficiently with no issues. Usually when you work with a company you run into 1 or 2 people who are really skilled that work there or respectful but I worked with around 6 different plumbers at Poole's plumbing (it was a very large multi part issue) and they were all excellent. Will use them ANY time I have any plumbing issues.

They came to descale my tankless water heater and replace my garbage disposal, and from start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. Based on strong referrals from two of my neighbors, I contacted Poole’s Plumbing for a proposal to replace my 40-gallon attic water heater with a tankless system. I also received proposals from two other plumbing companies, and Poole’s offered the most competitive estimate. More importantly, I felt confident and comfortable with their representative, who prepared a clear, detailed estimate outlining four solid options. I even asked for a second site visit to clarify the placement of the unit, which was scheduled promptly and handled professionally. Throughout the process, Makayla in the office kept me fully informed and was a pleasure to work with. Installation was scheduled quickly. Henry and Andrew arrived right on time and worked through most of the day. As someone who’s a bit OCD about home projects, I was thoroughly satisfied with their workmanship, attention to detail, and the time they took to explain the system. The new condensing and recirculating tankless unit was up and running smoothly by the end of the day. The following day, the installation passed inspection by Johnston County without a hitch—the inspector even commented on the quality of the work. My wife and I are extremely happy with the new system. It’s efficient, reduces our wait time for hot water, and helps save both water and gas. I can wholeheartedly recommend Poole’s Plumbing. They’re professional, competent, and truly easy to work with from start to finish.
