Fantastic experience. We just built a new home and working with different vendors was a headache!! They didn't care about our home, didn't show up when they were supposed to, or even doing the job correctly, but that was not the case with Plumbing Solutions! Very professional easy to work with and they were out to fix our plumbing issues within a few days! ABSOLUTELY the only people I call for plumbing issues! I found them on Google and they had GREAT reviews. Y'all, those people aren't lying! We have had "emergencies" with this money suck of a house! I think they even came out and changed out our hot water heater at like 6pm the night before a holiday! They're prices are reasonable (OMG for a plumber!!!, right?!?) Aaron has been the fellow who keeps having to come do our work, and let me tell you... Probably one of the most kind, good natured, hard working, and skilled folks I've ever had the pleasure of letting into my life!!! Water heater was two years old which they originally installed (still under warranty). Charged a service fee for $250. Job took 40 minutes, and they said that the added costs had to do with the drive (25min) and picking up parts (two heating elements). Good customer service, awful pricing.

Very pleased! Came to fix a faucet the was just installed that had a faulty hose. Found another leak that was not associated with the Faucet and took care of that as well and didn’t charge to fix that. This kind of service is almost unheard of anymore. Would highly recommend Plumbing Solutions for any of your plumbing needs.
