In this extreme weather my air conditioner needed fixing immediately so I called Eck this morning. The dispatcher said they were very busy and may not get to it today. The technician called several hours later and could drop by to look at it. My air conditioner was fixed by noon. How appreciative I am for this quick response!! My son even told me to call them and they would be the quickest ones to come out. I had used Eck for electrical in the past. Always friendly and knowledgeable service techs!! Thanks again.

They came in, shared both heat pump units, and realized. I didn't change the filters for a year, and they were so clogged up. It was holding up airflow from the units into the rooms i changed the filters, and the airflow was perfect. When they checked the units, everything checked out AOK. No complaints. They showed professionalism, kindness, and courtesy.
