Bowers was able to get us in quickly! They were prompt and provided excellent communication leading up to our appointment. They diagnosed the issue fast, and offered a number of options for a short term or long term fix, and had the problem resolved in a few hours. They also took the time to answer all of our questions. Mickey and Brian were great! We would highly recommend.

Cody and Wyatt showed up when they were expected! They explained everything very clearly and answered all of my questions. I had 2 outdoor water faucets that were leaking that needed fixed and they were able to fix both of them efficiently and very quickly! They both were very professional and knew what they were doing! I am very pleased with their work and I am grateful that they could get it all done today in a timely manner! I highly recommend this company and I will be using them from now on for all my plumbing needs! Liz was very pleasant to talk to when I called to get the information and schedule my appointment! Everyone was Super nice and possessed great customer service skills! I talked with Lance in the office and he helped me out tremendously with a question! Bowers is a great company that treats their customers to amazing service! I first used Bowers to have routine maintenance done on my air conditioner and furnace. The technician, Robert, did a multi-point inspection of my system and was able to point out places where the previous owner of my home had not maintained the HVAC system properly and show what previous technicians had missed fixing. He also gave us advice on how to maintain our HVAC system for many years to come. He told us about their Gold Membership system that covers regular maintenance and puts away $100 a year toward future projects. Later, when I needed specific work done, I called Liz. She knew it was the middle of summer, and I was without AC. After speaking with me, she immediately called me back and told me she could get Randy (another technician) to stop by and fix everything within 15 minutes! Randy was able to take care of the immediate problem, and my air conditioner worked better than it has in years. Robert is now coming out to do preventative care that the previous home owner neglected. I was able to work with Liz at Bowers to get financing for major projects. We are planning to use Bowers again when we add a mini split in the next year or two upstairs to one of our non air-conditioned rooms. We are so pleased with the work that Bowers has done! They truly treat their customers like friends and family. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs HVAC and Plumbing work. 😊

I called Bowers Plumbing to put in a hot water heater. After I had them install a toilet and recently a sink. The sink has a garbage disposal attached which is barely over a year old and was in perfect working order. After reinstalling the drain for the sink and reinstalling the garbage disposal there was a leak to where water was about pouring from the drain and the disposal stopped working. The whole time they are trying to sell me on a new disposal, I continually denied. I called Bowers to let them know of the leak and the puddles in the cabinet. The same plumber came out and stated it it was the garbage disposal and I would need a new one. I had already been refusing a garbage disposal, the plumber insisted he had to do it for his job and charged $75 for it ( I was suppose to get the service fee waived because of how much I've spent- which has been a lot). Something was not right because the garbage disposal was practically new and there were no problems before the professional reinstalled it. I called my warranty company and listed the garbage disposal was the problem since Bowers was selling me on a new disposal. The warranty company sent their plumber who stated the problem was with installation not the disposal. Per the professional plumber Bowers did not tighten the sink bracket enough and the wire nuts were loose causing it to lose power. Bowers still insists it was the actual garbage disposal that had the issue, which it was not. I have sent video and pictures showing the leak was coming from the drain and not the garbage disposal. This was a workmanship issue. They refuse to pay for the damage to the cabinet under the sink. I have sent video showing the leak was clearly from the sink drain and not the disposal. Bowers thinks they are not responsible since my warranty covered the garbage disposal, which was never the problem. In addition to they doubled the amount under client authorization for payment and tried to collect even though I paid full amount per the estimate on the day of service. I have paid quite a bit to this company, and it feels like they were trying to squeeze more out and it didnt work. They caused damaged far beyond what was already there and think they are in the clear because my home warranty covered the disposal. The do not honor their workmanship warranty which is what failed, not the garbage disposal. It is unfortunate that as a plumbing company you do not have the simple understanding that the garbage disposal was not the issue as stated by another professional plumber. The damage caused by your workmanship was not warrantied as you have stated on your paperwork. It is highly unforutnate that you continued to try and sell me an item I did not need and did not properly install so that I would need it. You use warranty work to cover your mistakes which shows there is no integrity within the company. The video clearly shows the leak was from the connection to the sink and not the garbage disposal. Shady work was performed and then blamed on a functioning part. The damage to the cabinet was minimal at best. Yes you tried to sell me a garbage disposal, after the fully functioing was was not installed properly. Again, sounds shady. The fact that the emploee was trying to sell me a disposal before the work was completed seems unusual, then a garbage disposal that is barely over a year old stops working after your plumber installs it...hmmm, Doesnt sound right. He did install it tight enough so it leaks, then he doesn't hook the power up right so it doesn't work. It was an install issue. There is also the fact your company tried to collect on a double charge. If you are considering getting work done from Bowers, definitely get a second opinion. I did and found out their work was subpar to sell a disposal and had a double charge on an invoice (which I did not see because I was told I didn't have to sign after work completion). Check the paperwork they may charge you a fee when they tell you they have to try and sell you something you don't need, even after you've said no plenty of time.

Excellent service! Robert came out and saved the summer for our family. Our AC was not cooling our home and I tried everything youtube suggest but I had to hand it to the professionals at Bowers. Robert solved the issue and double checked his work and made sure everything was working well before he left. He impressed me with his knowledge and technical abilities so thanks to him we signed up for the gold package service which will be well worth it.
