I had some work done by plumber Parker Evans today, he called to tell me he was on the way. When he arrived he assessed the problem and got to work fixing it. He informed me what was wrong and had it fixed in no time. He was well mannered and friendly, I would recommend him to anyone that needed his help! Well done!

POSITIVE - Cody was friendly and professional and quoted me a reasonable price. Trace was knowledgeable and initially friendly and professional. NEGATIVE - Trace tried to over charge me by $45 even though the job only took only 30 minutes, the prices are posted on website and Cody quoted me a smaller number for a more complex job. While visibly irritated, he voiced his disapproval saying "Cody shouldn't have told you that." Trace also lied and said the prices on the website are for businesses only. After he spoke to Cody, he continued to voice his disapproval. He was determined to over charge me and after the service, I realized he did. It should have been $180; he charged me $185. I don't appreciate these type of disrespectful encounters. I did have a conversation with Cody and he said he'd talk to him. I initially posted only the positive, but customers need to be aware. If he did it me, he's definitely going to do it someone else.

Adam and Keenan were both nice and displayed fantastic customer service. They were very efficient and focused on making the job was successfully completed. I definitely recommend and will use again
