Bruce and his team were fantastic and I highly recommend them for your plumbing work. Throughout our kitchen repair they were fair, fast, and expert in their work. On Bruce's first visit, he gave us good advice to wait and let our sink drain before he did any work to avoid charging us for anything unproductive. On the second visit, he did a thorough investigation of our problem and gave us an accurate estimate of how much and how long it would take to do the work. Given the severity of the problem, he worked his schedule around to get in quickly and finish on time, even with extra scope added to the project. In the end, we got a working kitchen back on time and on budget and are very satisfied customers!

I was recommended by a neighbor to contact Bruce for a free sewer inspection. Kevin and Duncan were on site that day and found multiple pipe breaks. Bruce was very communicative, knowledgeable and gave a fair price for multiple spot repairs. Kevin and Duncan were professional, hard working, efficient and the project was done by the next day. Bruce answered my original call immediately and let me know he'd check his schedule and get back to me. He called me back the next day and scheduled a visit for the following day. Kevin came out on time and performed the work to jet out our sewer line. It was 80% full of roots, they showed me everything on the camera and explained everything they did. All costing was discussed in advance, no surprises, very professional and friendly, and they'll be back in 2 years to check it at no charge. I keep Bruce in my phone for a reason. Excellent work.

Bruce Melton is a god send! Unmatched expertise and honest to goodness people with the highest integrity. Call Bruce when you have an issue. Don’t think twice! We had a sewer line issue, and lost use of our plumbing entirely. We had called a dozen plumbers to come take a look and had quotes ranging from $20-30k to fix the issue. All seemed to be going after the wrong problem. It just didn’t make sense to my me. Then I found Bruce. He came out walked me through a super detailed analysis of what could potentially be happening, and took me on a journey to validate or discard each hypothesis. He found the issue, worked tirelessly to fix it and we’ve been golden since. He has over 30 years of experience (I think he really has 200yrs plus, to be honest) and will bend over backwards to resolve your issue. Hire him and you won’t regret if!

Bruce was so responsive and thoughtful in the way he approached our plumbing issue- making sure that he looked at the whole pipe to ensure he didn’t miss any other issues and it turns out there were 3 places that needed repair. We are so thankful for his help! My 5 year old daughter called him our “forever plumber” and we agree.
