Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

Sad.. they seemed so great. This is there finished work. Behind my washer, wood is still rotten,I paid them to replace it all. They left it exposed to my sub basement. Mice and bugs. (Replace all plumbing) Behind my fridge, they left it wide and open. Being hidden, I guess they didn’t want to finish it, they didn’t remove the old floor, put new boards over it, makes me question what they fixed. Because of that it doesn’t blend with old floor. They left it that way. They didn’t want to cut small boards to give it a finished look. In there defense, I wasn’t there. (Out of town) so I couldn’t watch them. But that’s how trust works. Now they won’t call me back. It’s been over a week. Utterly disappointing.

Daniel was the first service technician I met with on Monday. He arrived within a couple of hours to diagnose my water heater issues. He was very informative about my options and I decided it was time for a new one. Daniel scheduled the installation for the very next day. After a weekend without hot water, I was grateful for the quick response time. I had my water heater installed today by Justin and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. He arrived on time, got everything installed quickly and made sure every faucet was working properly before he left. Justin was professional and courteous, a very nice young man who clearly takes pride in his work. Thank you Justin and Daniel. Job well done!

Kellan was very knowledgeable, kind and respectful. He did an excellent job and tested it numerous times to verify the pipes were cleared out. He made sure it worked even after several “trials”. Thank you!

I highly recommend this company. They got someone here a few hours after we called. Kellan was awesome. Very nice and knowledgeable. He explained the issue to us so we understood what was going on. We were given 3 options and once we chose, Kellan got right to work. He had us fixed up in no time. It was a quick and efficient response to our issue and we will be using this company in the future when we need more plumbing work done.

Chris and Curtis called us when on the way , arrived on time and were ready to explain what they would be doing then continued to be welcoming as I observed their work and did a great job. They were alerted by me about a nearby water line and took great care not to disturb it . I was impressed and pleased.with them and the work they did.
