Pioneer Sewer & Drain Cleaning

At first I was very impressed with Dave and his knowledge of our drain problem. The fact that he took the camera down through our sewer system and identified the problem was very appreciative and he did explain the findings. However, I did have to call and remind him to get us the video that he had taken. Dave is also able to do the excavating of jobs, but He was very hesitant with performing that particular part of our job and I understand that. However, a phone call to us stating that he didn't feel comfortable doing it instead of just leaving us hanging for several weeks was very frustrating, we were expecting that he was going to do the job. We could have gotten a hold of the proper people to take care of what we needed in a timely fashion. Luckily we found an excavating company that is going to be able to take care of our issues. Thankfully they weren't completely booked like most businesses are booked up for the season already. Please contact people and let them know that you are not going to do the job so they can move forward finding somebody that can do it. I will say the service that Dave did provide for us was very professional and he did leave a very clean area after he was done working.

I cannot speak highly enough about Pioneer Sewer. Dave quickly and efficiently fixed my problem while also taking the time to help me think through my options. Dave kept a tidy workspace and treated me and my home with respect. If I ever have a sewer problem again, Pioneer Sewer will by my first call.

Having plumbing issues is incredible daunting. I had called another place prior to calling Pioneer and was answered with such haste and annoyance I quickly hung up. When I called Pioneer, I was answered with such understanding and sympathy over my predicament. Not only did she get me set up with an appointment she gave me other options to try and do it myself. I am no handy person but I appreciate the time she took to try and help me save money. When the crew showed up with a naked toddler answering the door and a curious 5 year old, they answered with a Donald Duck voice. They worked efficiently and timely. Not only did they fix the problem at hand, they fixed three issues in my home that would inevitably need to be fixed. I appreciate them not only fixing my home but also fixing the future problems at hand. When the crew finished they cleaned my floors, walked through all the steps of what they completed and it was very reasonably priced. I hope that I never have any plumbing issues but being a homeowner we all know it is bound to happen and I know that I'll be calling Pioneer Plumbing. I don't write too many reviews (come to think of it I don't think I have written one) but I figure if you are someone who is looking for honest hard working people who isn't out there to just cheat you out of your hardworking money, these are your people.

Very unprofessional. Quite disappointed in the way he treats his employees. Degrading his workers is not very professional. He followed me to the toilet and waited outside to tell me to get back to work. Accused me of smelling like pot then wasn't man enough to say that just sent me home then told me I wasn't working hard enough only to tell everyone that I was smoking pot on his jobs. Steer clear of this guy just very ignorant. Complains nothing is getting done while sitting in his truck on his telephone. He goes through temp services for his workers only to degrade them and treat them like they are dirt. Not a level person to deal with blows off the handle and threatens people who disagree with him this guys idea of reality is warped.
