Phase 3 Plumbing & Water Restoration

Phase 3 did TWO complete bathroom remodels for us. These were complete gut jobs. The length of time to complete was very reasonable, the subs they used were good at what they did, and the final outcome exceeded our expectations. Kaleb and his team did a very nice job. First 3 pics are the guest bathroom, the last 3 are the main bathroom.

Caleb and Jeremy were great to work with! They came out immediately and took care of my problem in a timely and professional manner. I am very pleased with their work. They kept me informed at every stage of the job. I feel that the price they charged me was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future. Phase 3 Plumbing was able to come out and evaluate my water heater leak within 2 hours of me calling them and was able to replace my water heater the next day. Chris let me know he was on his way and replaced my electric water heater and brought everything back up to code. Price may seem high but, with the added expense of bringing my almost 20 year old connections up to code the price was good. Chris left my newly encapsulated crawl space as clean as before the work started. I definitely recommend Phase 3 Plumbing in the High Point area. I will call them again for my next plumbing needs.

I assisted my mother in arranging a toilet installation with Phase 3. She is older and gets uncomfortable with strangers in her home, so I usually stay with her for appointments.. with that being said, Kraven was so kind, courteous, and friendly to us. He explained the process and was very patient with us. My mother and I both felt very comfortable with having him inside her home. We appreciate the professionalism and great customer service provided by Kraven and the crew at Phase 3 Plumbing!
