I’m a returning customer to PGS Plumbing Solutions. Because Erick is a great person to work with. He is fair, professional, and gets the job done, thoroughly and with high quality. We had him renew our bathroom and water heater 3 years ago. We were so satisfied that we had them remodel our upstairs bathroom last year. They again did a neat job! I recommend Erick to all my friends and contacts.

This is one of the best contractors that I have hired so far. I had an issue with the sewer line at my property and I found this company online. I called them in the afternoon for help asap, they responded to my call and came to my place immediately. Very efficient work, quick, clean and reasonable price. I recommend this company 100% to work with them because they know what they do and especially you can trust them. What they do is the best for you. They are not looking for ways to increase your bill, they try to help you to resolve the problem thinking in your budget. I am glad I found you guys and many thanks for all the hard and great work you did in my property. This is the least that I can do for you to show my appreciation. God bless you.

What a top notch contracting team and very reasonably priced and tasks itemized to suit client budgets. I had a new bathroom built, plus kitchenette, new door and drywall and other miscellaneous tasks. Eric the owner was very courteous and diligent in his dealings and follow ups. The project schedule was always shared as soon as possible and the quality of work was absolutely excellent. When they were done - they also scheduled a professional cleaner to spic and span the construction area so it looked brand new. Highly highly recommended to anyone - and they are my go to now for project remodeling or new build up tasks.

I really hate to leave bad reviews for trades people, but feel like I have to I'm this case to warn others. I manage several dozen rental properties and operate a 3rd generation family rental property business, and have been involved in construction since I was 12 years old. This guy is lazy, disorganized, unprofessional, and just really annoying to work with. We had a simple job for him to fix a leaking sink. We told his explicitly several times, when he fixed the sink, to not install any sink drain that would impede the use of our sink shrooms that we use on all properties. 1 - He sent us a bill with attached photos, and I could not believe my eyes. His tech installed a used & chewed up valve on our repair. I have been doing construction over 30 years and have NEVER seen a plumber on my job use a used valve off of another job. When I asked Eric about this he said, "oh I didn't know I didn't check before I sent you the invoice", and "oh but it was just one of the valves that was old", and he admitted that his tech used an old valve that was just laying around the truck. Then he has the audacity to say recently that they used "good quality parts" on the repair, lol 2 - On their 1st attempt, the sink was still leaking, and they had to come back to fix it. That in and of itself is not the end of the world as people make mistakes, but it's the totality of it 3 - I asked him 2+ times in writing and in voice to not install anything on the sink drain that would impede the use of our standard practice sink shroom. He went ahead and installed it anyway and said "trust me man it won't clog and if it does I will come back and unclog it"... uhhh, lol, we have a literal half century of experience managing property and we know that in our units they contantly get clogged with hair and other items dropped down the sink, and no, we don't want you returning to run a snake every time that happens - just follow instructions and do the job as asked 4 - they left the sink almost falling off of the wall. He said oh it wasn't like that when we were there, however, I took this video less than a week after they were there. A thick screw like that simply doesn't loose all purchase in a week (i.e. it can't completely ream a huge hole in the wood like that to get loose in a week, that takes a long time) , it must have been like that for a long time, but they didn't even check before they left. If they noticed it, it would have resulted in a change order and a much larger bill to fix it - so why they didn't even check, I don't know 5 - In general this person is just very annoying to work with. Everytime his tech can't show up or can't finish a job foot this reason or that reason, you've got to hear his while life story. Dude, people who are in this business at volume don't have time to hear your whining and crying every time you hit some minor issue, just handle the job and send proof of a job well done and get paid, it's that simple. The plumber who referred this guy unfortunately got really sick and can no longer work, which is a shame, as in the 10+ years that he worked for us, we never had these kind of issues. But all you really need to know about this outfit is that they can't follow basic instructions. And they think it's okay to install old equipment off of other people's jobs which is literally something I have never seen in 30 years and IS NOT okay, and I shouldn't have to explain that to a tradesman that's worth anything.

Erick from PGS Plumbing was excellent to work with! He communicated clearly and efficiently, provided quotes and estimates right from the beginning, and maintained a professional demeanor throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs!
