Manuel is a really expert plumber. The company sent him in to made good on a prior repair gone wrong, which was done pleasantly and skillfully. Manuel also identified some significant leaks and issues with my main cold intake line system! He made sure this emergency work was completed the very next day. The team was excellent as was their work. Pricey but exceptional quality. A few before and after photos.

Everything you are taking for granted, it will be with them. The technician, Brian, who changed my water heater at my doggy daycare was professional, efficient, friendly, on time. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do. And he did an amazing job. I am going to stick with this company from now on.

They sold us an AC that didn't fit up our attic stairs without telling us they would need to swap them out. When I expressed the I felt misled, the coordinator became combative on the phone and gaslighted me that there was no miscommunication/it was not a big deal. The contractor who replaced the stairs did a shoddy job, leaving cracks in the paint, and the new attic stairs are as cheap as possible. They essentially look like a piece of cardboard taped to the middle of the ceiling in our historic home. They also no-showed an appointment that my husband took off half of a work day for, and didn't communicate that they weren't coming until the end of the 4-HOUR window. I scheduled the appointment 2 weeks in advance. UPDATE: I never heard anything back. This response does not address the misleading sales practice or the poor-quality repair that resulted.

Rob was great. He he was knowledgeable and provided estimates for future work. We wanted to also replace a toilet today but the model we selected won’t be available for another 3 weeks. Rob did an excellent job replacing a laundry room utility sink. We are very pleased with the work.
