Jose was awesome! He was here bright & early this morning and my plan was just to get the info I needed to make a decision about replacing my hot water heater. But he was so good and so thorough in taking time with me to go over everything and so helpful that I ended up deciding to buy one and have it installed today! His professionalism and good, kind, patient attitude won me over and now I know I have an excellent company who has my back for my A/C, plumbing, and electrical needs. It’s a good feeling of security. Glad I found this co. and that you sent me such a terrific employee. You are fortunate to have him!

Jacob did a great job fixing the water pressure in my home by quickly identifying and resolving the problem by installing a water pressure regulator on the main water line. He was friendly and stayed late until like 11 PM to make sure the job was done right and I understood all the services and parts being provided. 10/10 recommend super chill and hardworking guy.

Our tech was MR. JOHN BROWN. On the first day of service John conducted an outstanding inspection our our entire plumbing system. He was able to quickly access issues that needed immediate attention as well as issues that we should keep an eye out for. John was very professional, polite, and answered the many many questions we had. (my wife was the one with all the questions LOL). Anyway, John talked with us regarding a home water softener system due to the results of his test that showed we had a lot of minerals and very hard water. He was even able to show us how the hard water caused buildup in and around our plumbing to include the faucets, bath tile reside, shower doors, and the damage caused to our hot water tank. The very next day JOHN came back with his co-worker DREW, and together they installed our new home water softener system. They worked together as a team and did an outstanding job, even cleaning the entire area once they were done. I offer my highest recommendation for their service and workmanship. We never knew water could feel so good! Thank you!

We needed to replace an old water heater, and the total bill came out to a staggering $6,400+ —with the water heater alone costing $4,586. Unfortunately, the wrong size was installed due to poor measurements taken by the estimator. As a result, the new unit completely occupies the storage space, making it unusable. Some of our stored items were essentially walled in (see pictures). The workmanship speaks for itself. When I finally got in touch with Brian M., he was very polite and acknowledged the issue. He assured us that a replacement of the correct size had been ordered and even offered a discount for the inconvenience. However, it has now been over 8 weeks, and the replacement has yet to be installed. I contacted the supplier, who confirmed that the unit was shipped weeks ago. No one has reached out to schedule the installation, and my follow-up email to Brian has gone unanswered. Unacceptable service. Would not recommend. Update (4/25) - After 5 months of back-and-forth communication, I’m happy to share that the situation has been resolved. A properly sized water heater was ordered and installed to our satisfaction. Special thanks to Brian M. and Greg B., who were both professional and patient throughout the process and worked with me to make this right. They also provided a generous discount on the original invoice, which I truly appreciate. Although the resolution took longer than expected, I’m grateful for their commitment to seeing it through and making sure we were satisfied in the end. I have updated my rating to 3 stars to reflect the positive resolution and the efforts made to correct the situation. 6/11/2025 - Unfortunately I have to change this back to 1 start until further action. The payment we made previously (about $1000) was not sent to Greensky, despite multiple attempts to reach their finance dept. The payments made directly to FH Furr should show as a credit to reduce the total bill. When we called we got transferred and message taken, but have NEVER received any follow-ups.

Mike came to my home to evaluate a potential plumbing issue. It turned out to be non-plumbing issue and something outside the scope of his work, but I still had a great experience. He was very friendly, respectful and professional throughout the visit. He took the time to clearly explain what he observed and helped me understand the potential issue I am having. He also took extra time to check my water heater, A/C and electrical panel. I really appreciated his service. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Mike for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend him.
