The whole team at Pespisa did a fantastic job replacing my ancient HVAC system with a heat pump system. I was very nervous about the process and Dominic and Colin spent a ton of time going through different options with me. Linda was incredible helpful and very patient while I figured out the MassSave rebate and financial side of things! On the day of the install, Anthony, Dylan, and Colin were efficient, kind, communicative, and kept my condo clean throughout the job. Colin followed up again the next day to check in after, as did Linda. This is a great, trustworthy, professional company and I highly recommend them to anyone having any plumbing or HVAC work done. They are super knowledgeable and able to explain things clearly. They are also easy and fast to communicate with. I ALWAYS heard back from them same day anytime I reached out by phone or email. 5-stars!

Pespisa has maintained our high-efficiency boiler for a number of years, and when we were looking to add heat pumps to part of our house they made a great proposal. Colin gave a thoughtful proposal after calculating our heating/cooling loads. The installation took just a single day, and their crew did great work and took excellent care of our house. Colin & Domenic are true professionals who really care, and do amazing work! Highly recommended!

This company was amazing to work with. The staff are friendly and answered all my questions. When Colin came to give me a quote, he offered me suggestions to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. He made sure that the indoor units and the outdoor unit were placed exactly where I wanted them. The installers were professional, efficient, and courteous. They made sure to clean EVERYTHING as they worked. There was no left over dust or debris in any of my rooms. Installation was exactly how they described. I had a mini system installed and it took 3 days. The last day, they did not leave until I felt comfortable using my new heating/cooling system. A few days after the installation was complete, I had questions and they helped answer them for me. The office staff was also helpful - they took care of rebates and the warranties associated with the units. I never had to wait or leave a message to speak with anyone. Highly recommend this company.

Both Dominic and the young man working with him, were both efficient and kept us informed about what was going on with our boiler! I’d recommend their company to anyone. Dominic was back today because of a problem with one toilet. He was not satisfied with the first replacement part so left to get a better one. While he was gone, the second toilet broke! “No problem! I’ll look at it as soon as I finish the first one.” We so appreciated his attitude and high work ethic. It is a pleasure to recommend him and his company. Linda in the office is also so pleasant and easy to work with!!!
