Had a great experience with 128 when our AC unit stopped working in the midst of a hot and humid summer week. Everyone we worked with at 128—from the initial text-back (on a weekend, no less), to setting up the appointment, to the evaluation and repair itself—was kind, helpful, and very responsive. During the appointment, our technician Craig was awesome—super thorough and knowledgeable, explained the problem and repair options clearly, and was friendly and helpful throughout the entire appointment. He quickly got our system back up and running and gave us very helpful advice and info to use moving forward. Really appreciate the quality and level of service! Would absolutely recommend this company.

Jared and Henry installed a new whole house pressure reducer valve, whole house water filtration and a new water heater. They did a great job as seen in the photo. They were courteous, on time and cleared all work debris from the job site. Then they showed and explained their work and asked if I had any questions. Great Job!

128 did a wonderful job from start to finish! They are reliable, timely, and so trustworthy that we gave them our garage code, and we went about our business while they were here. Additionally, they were clean and neat even wearing booties when they came inside the house. We are very happy with our air conditioning units. I would highly recommend their services.
