Quality of work is always excellent, but be careful about what they charge you. They charged me 1.5 hours for travel, from Chelmsford to Westford, no traffic and not remotely close to accurate, then charged 1.5 hours for less than an hour of work. The worker did a fine job, but I got charged at least twice what I should have. The woman who answers the phone also needs some customer service training, as she is a bit rude, but if you can get past that...they are reliable.

Highly recommend. Rapid response to my quote request, and job completed within 4 days. Tyler and Tony showed up on time, we’re polite and responsive to my questions, and got the job done efficiently, cleaning up so that it looked better than when they arrived. Terrific job and will definitely use Foster plumbing again!

The EC Foster team is awesome. We use them for everything- big and small including replacement of gas boiler. Most recently Foster team installed two French Quarter natural gas lights on our backyard patio. The team did an amazing job. Highly recommend. Jared always spends time to understand the job and incorporating his suggestions have always improved upon what we were originally thinking about. The installers are punctual and take great care in their work.

Can’t recommend this company enough! Our central air unit stopped working on one of the hottest days of summer. Being 6 months pregnant and having four indoor cats, I was so stressed we were going to be without cool air for days. But fortunately, Andrew was able to come out to our house right away and he was wonderful! He was extremely polite and professional and was able to identify and fix the problem very quickly. Andrew is a hero!

I have used Foster Plumbing for many many years 20 something. I simply would not go anywhere else. They are professional very reasonably priced and I love them.
