Some scheduling delays, but nothing major, it added less than a week to start time. The demo of the old equipment and the installation of the new equipment couldn't have gone in any better. Very clean installation, not a speck of dust or piece of trash was left anywhere. The price didn't change, no sneaky extras. The workers were respectful and friendly. I don't have one negative thing to say about the decision to use Milltown... Let's see how things go. Day 1 of new system in the books

We had a washer hookup installed. They showed up on time, and were very professional. They walked me through the whole process, and answered all my questions. I am extremely happy with the work provided. Thank you.

My rating is based on PRICING ONLY -- Service was 5 Stars. I tried Milltown because our Condo Management used it. Customer Service and Dispatch communications on the scheduled service day were excellent. The plumber, Steve, arrived on time, was efficient, courteous and professional. TO BE CLEAR, when Steve arrived, I was given pricing upfront and could have stopped at that point without further cost. I chose to proceed because I did not wish to schedule another appointment on another day with another provider. My low rating is based on this: the job was to replace the hot & cold water hoses on my washer. There were no issues with either the washer or water pipe connections, so the work involved unhooking the old hoses and providing and attaching new ones. Even with a discount provided, I paid over $400. I don't pretend to know plumbing and like to leave even small jobs to professionals, but I felt this was VERY expensive for the parts and work required. As I already stated, I chose to proceed with the work at that cost, and I'm not here to debate how Milltown determines its rates. I'm just disappointed because I was hoping it would be a resource for future work especially with its familiarity with our condos. Unfortunately, this is my only experience to judge by, and I'm afraid being a senior on a fixed income, Milltown will not be within my affordability range. Would I recommend Milltown to my neighbors solely based on service - Absolutely! Would I recommend it in reality - probably not in good conscience since many are also seniors on fixed incomes.

Jonathan B was very professional, courteous, prompt and friendly. He explained and made sure we understood everything he was doing to complete the job in an extremely timely manner. We will definitely be using Milltown again and again. We have already booked again for a gas stove top install. We highly recommend Milltown and especially Jonathan.

New customer to Milltown for various plumbing issues. Steve did a great job, all the while being very respectful and polite. Would definitely use them in the future and I highly recommend them! Also got back to me within 10 minutes of calling and scheduled the appointment for the next business day!
