You were very efficient in setting up an appointment. The tech was prompt and very courteous. I wasn’t expecting to having the work done the same day as I accepted the estimate but was thrilled to have it done immediately. This was a first for me. The work was done and we had an invoice and photos within a couple of hours. Can’t complain about good service.
I only have gotten an assessment so far, but Jeremy was very informative and patient and answered my questions intuitively. this is my only experience with Daigle, but based off of the first impression and the fact that they keep readily accessible records for their technicians and management means they can accurately log your equipment's installation and service history and seem trustworthy to rely on. seems like a by-the-book and reasonably priced company for the service and quality they provide
Daigle performed Preventative Maintenance Service on my heating systems. They also took care of a plumbing project I had done. Justin did an excellent job on the maintenance job and Chris also did an excellent job on my plumbing project. I appreciate the quality of service and the professionalism and friendliness of the technicians and assistants that performed the tasks! Thank You!!
