Daren's integrity qualities make him a top-notch professional that you don't mind being in your home. I had a water treatment, softening, and reverse osmosis system installed in my home. Dustin, I admired your dedication to seeing the project through, from start to finish. You handled all situations appropriately, modeling how they should be done by a contractor. Further, we received professionalism by responsiveness, by timely process, by honest pricing, by superb communication, and by much better than expected results. First-rate trustworthy contractors like this are extremely rare to find.

Darren and Robert came to work at our house after my husband closely vetted the company. Both of them were very polite and both of them kept the basement area near what had been the half bath and will soon be the full bath very clean consider considering what they were doing. That was very impressive Even more impressive was Darren‘s work on the plumbing itself. The city inspector confirmed what I saw, and thought looked extremely good. I found Parson Plumbing and Drains on the Internet. The company had very high reviews, so I asked for a quote and hired the company to help install a shower in what had been a half bath. Watching the work that Daren and his helper Robert did, I quickly understood that the reviews on the Internet underrated the care and expertise of the company’s employees. Daren’s work was quite impressive. Daren always called before coming and kept us posted about all the stages of the work he was doing. He is polite and was very considerate. Plus, both of them kept the area they were working in extremely clean. The Columbus City inspector found the job well done. Today, we are watching the cementing of the floor of the basement bathroom and as of now, it looks like Robert and Ryan are also doing an excellent job.

We had an issue with our sump pump and felt it needed to be replaced. After calling the big companys to come out and look at the issue, I took my friends advise and called Parson. I am so happy I took that advise as it was what we were looking for. Local guys and also quick to get things taken care of. In less than 24 hours I have a new sump pump and a new contract in my phone. I also want to give a shout out to Matt who did our work. He was nice, professional, and easy to talk to. HR also kept us informed as to the schedule and showed up on time.
