Outstanding service tech and customer service supreme. Some kids shoved a few random things in a sink and they unclogged it lickity split, Offered advice and were in and out of our commercial business I a reasonably fast time. We are using Garrett again and lone this Greenlake business. I had called smoother plumber who gave me a consequentially bad quote so was happy to get real Service here!

Parker’s Services goes above and beyond to help the community. I contacted Sarah & Nate with a strange request for the Salmon Bay school kids, I needed about 20 lengths of PVC pipe to build the game, 9 square in the sky for the elementary. Contacting most businesses with an ask that doesn’t lead to any financial gain, you expect to be immediately brushed off, but Sarah refers me to their local PVC supply company! I head to the supply company and am very unprepared, I am instructed to cut the pipe myself to the lengths I need. As I flounder about, who steps in to save the day? Brandon from Parker Services! He cut every piece of PVC length for me, it only takes a couple minutes of kindness to change someone’s day! Brandon changed my day and completed my project in a few minutes, something that would have took me hours! From start to finish Parker Services helped make a big task work out smooth and easy! The kids and parents thank Parker Services, Sarah & Nate, and Brandon, for helping create something for the elementary kids that will bring joy, fun, and help create community for years to come!

Our hot water heater broke unexpectedly on a Tuesday afternoon (!). We contacted Parker Services that same day, and they had a technician at our house by 8am the next morning. He was very thorough, fully inspected the tank, and provided us with the various options: quicker, cheaper fix or a full replacement. Given that it was a 20+ year old tank, we decided to replace it. Parker Services found a new one immediately and had it installed a few hours later. We really appreciated how responsive their staff was and respected their recommendations and assessment. Plus, a new tank in less than 24 hours! We’ll absolutely return to Parker for future repairs and highly recommend them for small and large home plumbing needs.

I was quite impressed. Parker Services responded quickly and kindly, scheduled installation of a booster pump quicker than I'd anticipated (and after thoroughly investigating to make sure it was the right solution, which I really appreciated). Pricing was very fair for the work being performed. Brandon was a breeze to work with, thorough, did great work, and treated us and our house with respect. I don't think I could ask for more, and will absolutely call them back when I've got any future plumbing needs.

Parker Services is definitely our new go-to plumber! They helped us install a new shower drain, valves, and plumbing for two new sinks in our bathroom remodel and they were GREAT. Amazing communication and customer service - they made sure things were done exactly how we wanted them but asked questions and gave suggestions to be sure the work was just right. They even followed up to confirm and helped answer additional questions after the work was done! As a middle-aged woman who doesn't know much about plumbing, I really appreciated that they walked me through everything and listened without any judgment. They were on time for both the estimate and completing the work, left the space cleaner than it was when they started, and charged a totally reasonable price. I felt totally comfortable with them in our home. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!!! Couldn't recommend them more highly.
