We were extremely pleased with Mr PAREJA and his team for 2 different projects completed for us in February 2025. We got estimates from 5 different companies recommended on Yelp, Google, Washington Consumers, and Angie’s list. Mr. PAREJA responded to our inquiries within 24 hours with a written estimate. His pricing was very reasonable as was his timeline for doing the work. We had a new 50 gallon gas water heater installed. We appreciated that 2-3 men were available to do the work—no damage to carpeted stairs, etc. His team also replaced faucets in a fully tiled bathroom both the sink and tub areas. We were aware that some of the tiles in the bath might be damaged but this team was able to do the work with great care so all tiles were damage free. We appreciated Mr PAREJA let us know we had some pipes that needed to be replaced when switching out faucets and did not charge additional labor charges, just material charges. He answered our many questions, explained what needed to be done, adhered to manufacturers instructions and made sure work done to code. Great team, work and fair pricing.

My experience with Pareja LLC was the best I've ever had with a plumber! Shostyn Pareja and his two associates replaced a 22-year-old gas water heater with a Rinnai RXP on-demand unit and installed a new condensate pump for the water heater and central air conditioning. Working around the bustle of other contractors in a cramped utility room and running vents through a disgustingly hot attic, they engineered a clean system praised by all who have seen it. Every connection looks to be perfect within an eighth of an inch. Prices were more than fair, and the work ethic this crew has is second to none. I encourage you to support this small business owner!!!
