I had a great experience with Paradigm Plumbing when my garbage disposal stopped working. From the moment I reached out, they were responsive and got me scheduled quickly. Mitch D. arrived on time and was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the issue efficiently, and everything was up and running again in no time. I really appreciated the quick turnaround and how smoothly the whole process went. He also went out of his way to answer questions about future maintenance services I was interested in. Will definitely be reaching out to them again for any plumbing needs.

We had an excellent experience with Paradigm today. They were able to schedule us with same day service. Sam let me know when he was about 30 minutes away. He was polite, efficient, and quickly showed me his expertise and fixed our plumbing issue. We were given Paradigm's contact info several months ago, and were very pleased with our experience then as well. We wouldn't use anyone else at this point, and highly recommend them.

Paradigm always answers our questions courteously and fits us in for same-day service. We’ve had Sam as our technician twice and he’s always professional and prompt. They offer honest service and don’t push products or labor you don’t need, which seems to be a rarity these days. They came recommended to us from a friend and we couldn’t be happier with their work.
