Pacific Custom Sewer and Drainage

Two weekends ago, I went to get our porch furniture out and I found our water heater was leaking. It was a Saturday morning, and I assumed we were going to have to wait, but I called Pacific Custom Sewer and Drainage. They were to my place within two hours, and replaced the water heater same day. The tech James was very nice, and the company was reasonably priced. He took what felt was a disaster and our problems was solved within a few hours. I would highly recommend Pacific Custom Sewer and Drainage for your plumbing needs. James even brought out system up to code, and created a more efficient system by doing so. They were professional, timely, reasonably priced, clearly knew what they were doing and were very courteous. Here are some pictures of what I walked into, and how well installed the new on is.

James restored the fountain out front of our 1930s era apartment complex. It turned out so much better than expected. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Our residents are overjoyed and so are we!

Before calling Pacific Sewer, we found mold and some water damage in our bathroom. James came out and gave a good quote on a bathroom remodel to remediate the damage and get new tile installed. He did a great job explaining everything they would do. He was very communicative, both over phone and text. They tore out the drywall around the bath, installed proper water proofing, fixed the shower pressure, and installed new tile. It all looks great, I would highly recommend them. The photos are from near the end of the work, before the ceiling was painted and shower head installed.

James is a true professional! He did an in-depth inspection and report for our sump pump / grinder pump system to help us get our builder warranty claim processed and handled correctly. The detail and professionalism in how he handles his communication both in conversation and documentation is impressive. He takes the time to educate and explain, answers questions, and truly acts in high integrity. Even the builder and builders crew walked away impressed by the depth of knowledge James holds in these systems. The installation crew ended up with a partial training during his post repair inspection and walk through. His audience of about 8 professionals were fully attentive and captivated by his knowledge and explanations, like a little masterclass in grinder pumps. On top of his expertise and professionalism, his pricing was more than reasonable. I know I would have gladly paid more because the value was absolutely there. Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given and well earned.

I was very grateful to find James. He was on time, very professional, detailed, clean, polite, and super positive. I was very pleased with the job he completed. I will 100% refer him to my community. He was easy to chat with too. We had a good time talking sports and just life in general. As he completed the job, he didn't miss a beat even though we were chatting.
