Owens Comfort Solution

We had our old system broken down with refrigerant leak. We had another company came and give us prices. When it comes down to these big purchases, we wanted to get multiple estimates. We called Owen's Comfort Solution. Shawn was out here fast. He was very respectful and polite. We enjoyed working with him. Him and his team worked very hard to replace my system right then. I am super happy with Owen's Comfort Solution. I will definitely recommend them.

Shawn did a wonderful job arranging everything and giving us all our options and was available and communicative when we had questions. Richard placed our complete HVAC system the very next day. His work is impressive! We are very pleased. They both exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this company! Turn around time is fast. Price is competitive. If I could this place 20 stars I would. Owens is hands down the best there is with the BEST customer service. First and foremost I want to give a shout out to Shawn, Brandon, Ritchie and Jason. Our A/C was 18 years old as well as the heating unit. Jody who is also so sweet and amazing got us booked and Jason and Shawn came out to access the situation. Then Jason came again when our unit started acting up again and we came to the conclusion we truly needed a new unit both air and heat. Shawn worked VERY hard to get what we needed quickly so we could get some relief and get some cooler air going. Jason and Shawn both spoke to our landlord and explained our complex situation. They both are extremely knowledgable and truly care about their customers. We just got our units installed and I cannot brag enough on this team. Shawn is the salesman but he is not only that, he is very hands on. He worked together with Brandon and Ritchie to get these units perfect, and I cannot tell you how hard they worked. Pristine work!! This was an all day job and they made sure we were well taken care of. I’ve never seen anything like it. Their service and work ethic is unmatched. Shawn then called us to follow up to make sure our units were working well. It left us speechless. If more places had customer like these wonderful gentleman provided, gosh would this world be a better place!!! Book with Owens. You will not be disappointed. We have had Owen’s Comfort come to our house twice now, for a plumbing issue and an AC issue. Denver the plumber was very knowledgeable and solved an issue we were having with our pressure regulator valve that two plumbers previously couldn’t figure out. He also fixed out water pressure and advised us on other things that we may need to do in the future. Very honest company and pricing is reasonable. Jodi at front office is also very sweet and helpful. Happy customer!

Alan is our favorite! He's the one who always comes out, and he is a total joy to work with. Our dogs love him too! He is always on time and also helps me understand what's going on with our HVAC system. If only all of our other service providers could be as knowledgeable and professional!
