Love them! The ladies on the phone were great and thorough. I greatly appreciated the texts and emails before my appointment. They included a picture of my technician so I knew who to open the door for. I thought this was a great touch! Junior was very polite and SO respectful of my property. Always asked if it was okay to enter the house and additional rooms. I greatly appreciated all of the information he gathered for me during my tune-up. He emailed it to me for my records and it was very comprehensive! He also included before and after pictures of his service. I had no idea how filthy my unit was until he cleaned it! It looks brand new! I also appreciated him explaining a potential problem in the future and the different ways it could be serviced. Junior did great, and I hope to work with him again! And I will definitely be using Norman Air again and recommending them!

Keith came out and was here for several hours taking care of a huge leak issue that flooded half of our home. I literally could not have asked for a better service man. He was extremely intelligent, very funny, personable, polite, honest and clearly had integrity. Some of that stuff is pretty rare these days. We give him 10 out of five stars, definitely recommend. The price was also reasonable for his time and the size of the job, and we had prompt, same-day service, and a military discount. If Keith is an example of everyone at this company, this company is completely outstanding. We are very, very pleased.PS, Keith, Thank you for your service in the US army. I had one of the best customer experiences of my life working with Norman Air. There was a whole team who did amazing work for a large and difficult job. Michael S. and Gus were super friendly and helpful in explaining the issues and options I had, helping me to understand all choices available. Brayden, Will, and Chad did great work with my hot water heater and creating a new electrical outlet for me. And the most impressive service came from Marcus and Jackson, who did my main A/C install. It was truly remarkable the work they did; my house presented numerous obstacles, and they worked hard to overcome them all. For 14 hours in oppressive heat, they did everything they could to make my situation just right, and they succeeded perfectly. They were thorough and did a great job; all my services have worked superbly since the install. They were meticulous in cleaning the area after finishing the work, and went above and beyond in helping me understand my new setup. I couldn’t have been happier with the work they did, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with the whole company. Scheduling and communication were a breeze thanks to a helpful website and regular updates from Rachel, Cassandra, and Polly in helping coordinate the services. This was a big project that could have been stressful and overwhelming, but every part of the process was designed to make things as easy on me as possible. I can’t recommend the company highly enough, and I’m very grateful for the superb work and excellent customer service they provided.

Norman Air has given us great service over the years, so when it came time to update our system we gave them a call. Their customer service was excellent, got a technician out to us right away. Edwin and Jessie installed our system, explained the process well, and left everything looking clean and working great.

I absolutely loved my experience with this company! I spoke with Gus yesterday, and even though they have more expensive options, he didn’t push at those. He wanted us to choose what was right for our budget. They provided us next day service on our a/c install. The guys that installed the unit, explained everything, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional. From the customer service rep that answers the phone to the guys that did the labor, I have only positive things to say. They have earned my business as long as I live in their service area!
