Wonderful company to deal with. We had a broken water heater and they were able to have someone come out quickly and take a look at it and give me an estimate for replacement. The estimate was very reasonable and despite some challenges with the pipes, they were able to replace my old system the following day. They were great to deal with and extremely professional. I'll continue using Orr for the foreseeable future.

In less than 24 hours, I spoke with the receptionist from Orr plumbing,I forgot her name .I was able to explain my situation and frustration , when I say she was very empathetic and jumped rite on it. She listened to me rant and then explained everything to me . Made my day. This is what I call customer service. I love to see companies not only LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER, But understand and emphasize with the customer. They will always be a 5 star in my book . Thank you so much for all your understanding. They will be taking care of allllll my plumbing needs!

This is my second time using this company and they are perfect. First, I had a gas leak that others could not figure out, Orr Plumbing came and found and fixed all the leaks and got my gas cut back on. This time, I had a super backed up main drain. They came and worked hard to fixed the problem and gave me a very detailed explanation of what was cleared out. They are fairly priced, they actually show up when others just go ghost, and they talk you through the process as well! I highly recommend this company for gas, water, anything they offer!

Daryl is just awesome. He provides such great customer service. His mannerism made me feel comfortable with moving forward with his company. He was very patient. The team at Orr Plumbing have helped me twice now on some critical projects over the last two years. Daryl, Dale and Suzy are a pleasure to collaborate with and their team gets the work done quickly and efficiently. It's genuinely amazing to see the end result. In my case, a big hole in the ground just disappears as if it was never there, except for some shiny new fixtures! They're super responsive and engaged and what I like best is that they're always available by text to answer questions. There's many times where they've managed to advise me remotely too, which is a great confidence builder as you also start to learn what issues to be alert for in future.
