Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I had a drain backup on Easter Sunday. I was so disappointed because I was expecting 25 people over for dinner within the next five hours. I called Roto-Rooter and they were able to get someone over within an hour and a half. The technician, Conner was amazing! He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was in and out in no time and I was able to host dinner on time. I would highly recommend them.

Our technician arrived on time and was very pleasant and helpful. He was shown the issue and could have just cleaned the drain and charged us but instead he helped us troubleshoot an alternate reason for the problem. I really appreciated his honesty and I value that trait when I do business with someone. He did not charge me for the visit as he wasn’t there very long and did not have to snake the drain. When Carl came and told me that the entire stack needed to be replaced, my knees buckled..For real. He was very understanding and saw I was in distress. He immediately offered the credit card option to help out with cost. I was approved and he immediately got started. He was thorough in explaining all that was wrong and was very considerate that I worked from. He cleaned up and I'll recommend him to anyone. Awesome job
