Don did an awesome job! He arrived on time and diagnosed my dishwasher problem quickly. Thankfully he had the part that was needed on his truck and we are good to go once again. He generously put everything back under the sink even though I told him he didn't have to. I felt safe and comfortable with my decision to repair vs. purchase a new machine because Don made me feel that way. He didn't try to up-sell me or make me doubt my decision. I will definitely request Don the next time I need help!

Andrew not only has a great personality and is very nice person to deal with, he also did an awesome job for us today. We were having issues with our drain in the basement but he was able to come out and figure out that we had 3 baseballs stuck in there that had eventually swelled up to the point they had prevented water to drain through. Another company came out previous to Hoffman's visit and their solution was to jackhammer the floor in order to find the problem and fix everything. This would have been significantly more time consuming and expensive. So thank you Andrew for being able to do what others could not. You are a lifesaver!

We had such a great experience with Hoffmann Brothers today! Our technician, Luke, could not have been better. He was really knowledgeable and did a such a great job explaining everything and helping us make the best choices for moving forward. We felt very fortunate to have someone that experienced and trustworthy to help us.

After 5+ years and $10k+ spent with Hoffmann, they refused to continue service after damaging our mini-split during a cleaning (see pics). Manager was irrational and hung up the phone when I brought this to his attention. They’ve blocked my cell and provided an incorrect email to corporate. This is an honest recap. I’ve praised this company in the past, but their tactics are primarily to replace all existing equipment for profit. They’ve mislead several times by not acknowledging our Mitsubishi warranty. Please have a member from Corporate contact me to resolve.

Devin was finally able to come after 4 appointment dates had been set and bring the parts needed to repair my washing machine. He was on time-actually a little early. Explained what he was doing and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. Very courteous and helpful. He even brought my trash can up to the garage for me. I would be very glad to have him do work for me in the future if needed.
