On-time plumbing did an excellent job. We had a main water line break to our house. They answered out call, after hours, and then came out quickly to fix it. Without us even asking, they also fixed our sump pump drain so it would work better. They did an excellent job. We can’t thank them enough.

I am extremely happy with the service and outstanding job done by Frank at On Time plumbing heating, cooling & electric. My AC went out during very high temperatures and they had a tech out within a few hours that day. My old A/C unit went out and needed to be replaced and since the furnace was just as old we ended up going with a complete new system install. Frank and Quinton went above and beyond to completely remove the old system and start the install of the new system. They started in the morning and by late afternoon I had cold air! The install of the complete heating and cooling system was done in a day and a half with zero corners cut, very well done. They were extremely friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the job. Frank kept in communication with me through the whole process explaining my best options and addressing any and all of my concerns. I could not be happier with the job done and On Time has earned all my future business. I couldn't recommend a better company and group of professionals to get any of your plumbing heating, cooling and electrical work done, definitely above 5 stars.

This repair technician was Great! Joshua was punctual and polite, and very knowledgeable about his trade! He was very informative and it was a pleasure to meet him! Huge shout out to Jason and On Time Plumbing, had an after hours flood in my basement and he came out and quickly got us fixed! Very personable and reasonably priced. Overall made the experience much better than it could have been.
